Giant Cretaceous shark found

Recently people have found the fossil remains of a shark that lived in the cretaceous, 88.7 million years ago. It was nicknamed "shell crusher" because of it's 1,000 teeth that have the ability to break up the shells of other animals in the water. From what they have found they have determined that it had around a 3 foot long jaw and was around 33 feet long. They found the remains in a rock cliff located in Kansas. They also found other remains at the site of the animals that gave them an idea of what type of habitat it was in. Apparently it was found around carniverous reptiles, fish and other sharks, which leads them to believe that the shark spent most of its time at the bottom of the sea. Because it was big it could take advantage of many species around it but also required more energy and more food. It also lived during a time when many animals were large in size. Even though it is lead to be a bottom dweller fox had an article stating that it was a giant scary shark that "terrorized sea animals"
