Lunar Eclipse
A lunar eclipse will occur when the moon passes behind the earth and the earth blocks the suns rays from reaching the moon. A lunar eclipse can only occur if the moon, earth and sun are aligned exactly, which means that an eclipse can only occur on the night of a full moon. A lunar eclipse can be seen anywhere in the world at nighttime and lasts for a few hours.
