Hurricane Rick

Hurricane Rick is raging and growing by the day off Mexico's pacific coast and is getting ready to strike the Baja California Peninsula as a category 5 hurricane by next week.    This hurricane is forecasted to be a devastating one and if it continues growing it will be higher than a category 5 hurricane by the time it reaches land.  Rick was originally forecasted to hit the peninsula as a category two hurricane sometime on Wednesday, but it seems to be whirling around in the pacific and will continue growing until it starts heading inland next week.  What was a category one hurricane two days ago is being fueled by whirling warm waters and continues to grow.  Port officers on the peninsula say some waves are getting up to 7 or 8 feet high and will continue growing as Rick grows.  Mexico's cities are being warned of strong rain showers that could cause landslides and flooding in the near future.  We'll see how this whole situation plays out within the next week, and hopefully sooner before     hurricane Rick grows even bigger!
